I have a 2008 Honda Accord tire size 225/50R17. The tire pressure for both front and rear is 32 psi. My question is, on winter tires does the pressure remain the same or not?

Yes, recommended tire pressure remains same - in your case 32 psi for all tires. What you probably want to know is as it gets colder, your tire pressure will drop with temperature. For every 10 °F it can drop by 1 psi. So make sure you check your tire pressure regularly and maintain it at 32 psi. Just remember to check your tire pressure when your tires got time to cool off, 3 hours or so after driving.
