Looking for tire pressure for 235/85r16 safe tire pressure on a Chevy 1990 gmt-400 pickup 6,000 gross weight.

    According to our database, tire pressure for 1990 Chevy trucks with GMT-400 body ranges from 44-55 psi for front tires, and 75-80 psi for rear tires, but these vehicles have gross weight of about 8,600 - 9,600 lbs. For 6,000 lbs I am not sure. Check your vehicle's manual, or sticker on the side of driver door. If not found there, check with local Chevy truck dealerships.
