Recommended tire pressure for 2016 Chevy Equinox models is around 35 psi for both front and rear tires. Your tire pressure probably went down around 5 psi due to lower temperatures, so i suggest you adjust it to 35 psi when tires are "cold" (have not been driven on for at least 3-4 hours). Tire pressure does fluctuate when driving because tires heat up as you drive. If one tire is showing much higher pressure on your tire pressure monitoring system, then it is probably overinflated. Check that tire with your tire pressure gauge to confirm its psi. If it is overinflated - you need to bleed some pressure out to its recommended level. Another problem might be a faulty tire pressure sensor on that tire that is showing wrong pressure reading. In that case you need to replace that TPMS sensor.
